Meet the founderPamela Guillory founded Aptive Flow Productivity Partners to help organizations move AI from strategy to daily practice by redesigning the work and preparing the people who do it. Her 20+ year career spans healthcare sales, secondary education, and corporate learning and development. As a healthcare sales executive at Direct Supply, she supplied and serviced expansion projects for long-term care facilities and set a division record for the largest single equipment sale. That experience gave her a front-line view of how operations and customers really connect.
As an educator, Pamela guided students at a business-focused high school as they came up with, planned, and launched their own LLCs. At Children’s Health System of Texas, she rose from Instructional Design Consultant to Director of Enterprise Learning & Development. There she led organizational learning programs for thousands of team members, including Quality and Safety, Customer Service, Onboarding, Soft Skills, and Systems Training. Her Safety program shifted cultural norms and behaviors, which decreased hospital-acquired incidents and increased near-miss reporting. Her redesigned onboarding program contributed to reduced turnover. Her team’s programs earned internal recognition and multiple awards from the Dallas chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD Dallas).
Today, Pamela pairs Human Performance Improvement and hands-on workflow analysis with practical AI: readiness assessments, use-case roadmaps, and focused AI agents. She then builds the role-based training that makes new ways of working stick. She partners with service-based businesses and learning organizations across Dallas–Fort Worth and virtually.
